how to know if you are using 32-bit or 64-bit processor or operating system



64-bit processor - more faster than 32-bit processor (malamang hehehe)
if your processor is 64-bit, you also need to install 64-bit compatible software
to take full advantage for it.
64-bit processor is compatible with 32-bit operating system

if your processor is 32-bit, you also need to install 32-bit compatible software
to take full advantage for it.
32-bit processor is not compatible with 64bit operating system

how to know if you are using 32-bit or 64-bit processor or operating system
1. click start -> run -> type msinfo32.exe -> click ok ->
pagkaclick ng ok sa run magbubukas ang system information
2. look on OS Name and Processor
3. if the value of your processor it say's x86 then you have 32bit processor.
4. if the value of your processor it say's ia64 or AMD64 then you have a 64bit processor.
5. if it said Microsoft Windows XP Profetional x64 Edition version
obviously you have a 64bit of operating system.:d:d:d
6. if it said Microsoft Windows XP Profetional then you have 32bit opoerating system
